On May 11-12^th, Senior Partner Cui Haiyan and Shen Zhushi were invited by Department of Commerce of Zhejiang Province to held lecture to Zhejiang Foreign Law Workshop.

The topic of Cui Haiyan’s speech was Legal Issues on Foreign M&A, while the topic of Shen Zhushi’s was Prevention the Risks of the International Trade. The two lawyers through the case study as well as detailed explanation of the relevant laws made the student have a rational and deep understanding of international trade and investment.

The speech received a strong reaction from the students, some county government officials invited our firm gave more law lectures in the future.
