In the evening of April 20^th, the 8^{th Legal} Culture month and the forum on “talk show of Judges, Procurators and Lawyers concerning rule by law”of Zhejiang University opened at international meeting centre of Zi Jing Gang. The director Hu Xiangfu shared his view of rule by law and his practice career with the Deputy Chief procurator of Hangzhou Procuratorate, the chief of the Second Court of Zhejiang Supreme People’s Court, and the students of Zhejiang University.
