On September 16, “defense in second trial death penalty cases” practice symposium was held in Hangzhou Haiwaihai Hotel. The meeting was hosted by the Criminal Law Committee of Hangzhou Lawyers Association. As the director, Lawyer Hu Dongqian made a subject speech and summarized the meeting.
