On January 8,2011, the first committee member meeting of the 7th Construction & Real Estate Committee of Hangzhou Lawyers Association was convened in Hangzhou Haiwaihai Hotel. Senior partner,Vice-director of the committee,lawyer Qian Xuehui planned and held the meeting.

The following 3 years working plan was reported in the meeting. The committee members had a special topic discussion on 'Answers to sevral practical questions of hearing construction projects & housing-related cases by 1st civil court of Hangzhou Intermediate People's Court'. More than 150 people attended the meeting and gave strong reactions.
