On April 29th, 2009, the director of the International Trade and Investment Group of the Firm, Senior Partner Lawyer Cui Haiyan attended and held the legal seminar of ‘Practice on delivery of goods without B/L’ which was hold by Int’l Law Committee of Hangzhou Lawyers Association. This seminar was closely bonded with ‘the Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues concerning the Application of Law during the Trial of Cases about Delivery of Goods without an Original Bill of Lading’. More than 50 lawyers of Hangzhou attended the seminar.
