In late April 2013, our senior partner, director of real estate construction department, lawyer Luo Hongtao participated in a land strategy seminar for real estate enterprises, the seminar involved real estate enterprises’ access to land, contract review and risk prevention in real estate commercial activities, real estate fund practices, and industrial real estate and development of industrial park law practice, etc. Lawyers will keep themselves updated with current legal issues through such studies, thus better understand clients’ needs.
