On October 14, 2007, the two-day 2007 Legal Training Course for Clients of the Firm was successfully concluded in Tonglu Barbizon Resort. The course consisted of the sessions on property law, labor contract law, corporate legal practice, regular enterprise legal risks, and enterprise technology innovation and legal protection. Over 100 representatives from clients attended the course.

“Strengthen the legal consciousness and enhance the legal risk prevention” is one of the service tenets of Brighteous Lawyers to provide the legal consultant services for the clients. With its enterprising spirit, the business scale of the Firm has leapt into the front ranks of Hangzhou City since its establishment in January 2006. A large number of talents jointed the Firm and at present, we have 11 partners, 30 lawyers and paralegals, and among whom, 7 persons have the experience of overseas study or training. The rapid development of the Firm can never be obtained without the support from the clients, especially from long-term clients. In order to acknowledge the support of the clients and reward the clients with legal knowledge and value-added services, in August, it was decided at the partner meeting that the 2007 legal training course for clients would be held. With sufficient preparation, the course was successfully held on October 13th in Barbizon Resort. During the course, Director of Hangzhou Lawyers Association, Director of the Firm Lawyer Hu Xiangfu, expert from Hangzhou Labor Dispute Arbitration Center, Director of the Civil and Commercial Law Department Lawyer Wang Quanming, and senior judges from Hangzhou Intermediate Court, Zhejiang Supreme Court gave excellent lectures.

The attendees highly appraised the course, and expressed that the course was informative and pertinent to business practice. By attending the course, the attendees not only obtained legal knowledge, but also broadened their legal vision, and it is especially helpful for the management of enterprise in the future.
