On October 15^th, 2008, the just resigned judge, Tu Yougen was invited to host the first “Civil and Commercial Law Salon” held by the Civil and Commercial Law Department. Mr. Tu Yougen explained the just released explanation on limitation period of civil cases and more than 20 lawyers attended the salon.
