On November.22^nd and 23^rd, National Lawyers Working Conference was held in Beijing. Zhou Yongkang, permanent member of Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, secretary of the Political and Judiciary Commission under the Central Committee of CPC, was present at the conference and made an important speech. Wu Aiying, party group secretary and minister of Ministry of Justice made work statement in the conference.
