In the afternoon of November 5th, 2013, the fifth Congress of Trade Promotion Committee and International Chamber of Commerce in Zhejiang Province was held in the Great Hall of People in Zhejiang.
The session of the council contained 154 members, including the major persons in charge of the large state-owned enterprises, the well-known enterprises in Zhejiang province, the related institutions and social organizations. The deputy director of our law firm, head of the International Trade and Investment Department, lawyer Cui Haiyan was elected as director of the new session for a term of five years, and she was the only lawyer elected in this session of the council. Mrs.Cui and the Department of International and Trade Law are specialized in the international trade in Zhejiang, Merger & Acquisition, Intellectual property, etc.. Since 2010, Cui has attended most of the activities organized by the Commerce Department of Zhejiang, and shared her experience about oversea investment to the export trade enterprises. Summarized the legal issues in practicing the international trade legal services, Cui and her legal group compiled <the International Trade Legal Service Booklet> and <the Oversea Investment Legal Service Booklet>, which are favorably receipted by the clients. Cui is the legal counsel for multiple Import & Export companies. |
