On July 12^th, 2013, the Btighteous lawyers group comprised of Wu Hongliang, Qiu Hua, Zhang Feng and other lawyers signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Hangzhou Wanlun technology entrepreneurship center, confirming the Brighteous as the only cooperative agency.
