On November 2nd, 2013, invited by Legal Training Center of Xiaoshan District, Lawyer Zhu Zhihui, our senior partner, vice chairman of Zhejiang Law Institute of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, gave a lecture about the Legal Risk Prevention in Purchase Agreement. This lecture was one of the sessions in the Training for the Public Corporations in Asia Pacific Area.
