2010 International Maritime Law Seminar of China Lawyers was held on Oct.9^th and 10^th, 2010, in Guangzhou. The disquisition Study on the Related Legal Issues of Maritime Preservation written by lawyer Huang Liang won the outstanding award in the seminar.
