In April, 2006, Lawyer Cui Haiyan ranked first in the comprehensive evaluation and was elected into the list for overseas-training programme of Zhejiang anti-dumping qualified personnel training scheme held by the Zhejiang Provincial Bureau of Personnel, Zhejiang Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Department and Zhejiang Provincial Department of Justice, and will go to Washington D.C. in July for the half-year research and career-training.
