On November.11^th, 2010, a traveling group of 4 people including director and general manager Derk Scheltema, director Pan Jiehua, chief inspector of marketing Chen Deqi visited our law firm and conducted a heated proseminar. Senior partner and director of international economic and trade law department Cui Haiyan and lawyer Shen Zhushi and some other lawyers warmly received the visiting group.

Amicorp Group gave a lecture on corporate architectural designing of overseas investment, investment of foreign bodies and international trade. Also, case analysis is given on architectural designing on tax of overseas investment. Lawyers of our law firm held a heated discussion on related issues. Both parties expressed the willingness to further our cooperation in legal affairs.
