On October 24, 2007, the first creditors meeting of bankruptcy and reorganization of Zhejiang Haina Technology Joint Stock Cooperation was held in Hangzhou Intermediate People’s Court. The Senior Partner and Director of the Corporate and Financial Department of the Firm Lawyer Zhu Zhihui and Lawyer Qiu Hua attended the meeting as agents of the creditor.

Zhejiang Haina Technology Joint Stock Cooperation was a public company listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code 000925). Since the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law of China came into effect on June 1st, 2007, Zhejiang Haina is the first case of bankruptcy and reorganization by applying the new law in the Province. Hangzhou Intermediate Court approved the application of the creditors and accepted the case on September 14, 2007. The court also appointed the administrator, and notified the relevant creditors in the People’s Court Daily on September 19, 2007.

After accepting the authorization, Lawyer Zhu Zhihui and Qiu Hua declared the creditor's right, and the right was confirmed by the court. During the meeting, the lawyers comprehensively inquired about the recent situations of Zhejiang Haina, listened to the work report of the administrator, and exercised the voting right with regard to the reorganization plan proposed by the administrator.
