From July.24^th to Aug.8^th, lawyer Li Zheng of corporate law department attended the research and study class of issue and going to the market of security held by lawyer’s academy of People’s University of China. He learned operational knowledge of IPO, going to overseas market, back-door listing and M&A of listed company, etc.
