On May 8th, Lawyer Xia Jiapin was invited by Hangzhou Library and Jianggan Detention Centre to give a speech on Marriage and Property to the NO.94675 armed force to Jianggan Detention Centre.

Troops for attendance age from 20 to 30 years old, most of them are about to marriage. Lawyer Xia Jiapin selected the topics related to marriage condition, property agreement and contract of house transaction.
