On Sep 13^th, 2010, the communication seminar of English and Chinese lawyers was held in Hyatt Hotel of Hangzhou. This seminar was jointly hosted by Hangzhou Lawyers Association and Bar Council of England and Wales. Hu Xiangfu, president of Hangzhou lawyers Association and director of our law firm made remarks in the seminar on invitation. Cui Haiyan, senior partner and director of international trade and investment development, presided the seminar.

Some topics that addressed the interest of both Chinese and English lawyers were discussed in the seminar such as legal issues of joint ventures, advantages of international arbitration, how to collect overseas bills and how to put a Chinese judgement into execution.

The seminar reached complete success and great aspiration and confidence was shown in mutual exchange and cooperation in the future.
