In the afternoon of Jan.19th, the council meeting of Hangzhou car accessories chamber of commerce was held in the meeting room of Hangzhou Zhejiang automobile city. Lawyer Zhou Zhongwei was invited to attend this meeting as council member of  Hangzhou car accessories chamber of commerce.
