On May 27, 2008, the Hangzhou Hotel Association held the Seminar of Issues in the Application of the Labor Contract Law. The directors and HR managers of several economic chain hotels of Hangzhou attended the seminar.
Lawyer Li Junfeng of the Zhejiang Brighteous Law Firm attended the seminar at the invitation of the hotel association. The seminar mainly discussed the labor law issues the hotels have confronted during the application of the labor contract law, including the execution of the labor contract, rules and regulations, the social insurance, the cancel of the labor contract and payment of the economic compensation.
