In the morning of June 3^rd, the establishing ceremony of ‘Ruling by Law in Hangzhou’ Professional Consultation Committee was held in Xinqiao Hotel. Secretary and member of the Party Committee of Hangzhou made important remarks on the ceremony.

Lawyer Hu Xiangfu was appointed as member of ‘Ruling by Law in Hangzhou’ Professional Consultation Committee which is an institution of making strategic decisions and consultation. Consisting of 10 members, it provides legal guidance to many government sponsored projects, activities and practices.
