On Oct.18^th, 2010, lawyer Cui Haiyan, senior partner and director of international economic and trade department and lawyer Wu Haizhen participated in 2010 Sino-American Legal Exchange Seminar.

    This seminar undertaken by Department of Commerce of Zhejiang Province was a component of the 15^th Sino-American Communication Conference of Law which was jointly hosted by Ministry of Commerce of People’s Republic of China, Legislative Affair Office of the State Council P. R. China and Ministry of Commerce of United States. Government officials and councilors of Ministry of Commerce of United States, Management Bureau of Import and Export and economists gave introductions on NEI of America, cognizance of non-market economic status, implementation of CVD law and procedure of American trade relieve law, etc. Both parties conducted heated exchanges and discussions in the seminar.
