On November 29th 2012, our international trade and investment group undertook a symposium on “New Form Design of Offshore Structure in International Trade and Investment”. Our senior partner Cui Haiyan and Shen Zhushi, the deputy director of international trade and investment group Wang Yan made speeches on offshore business and investment immigration. We also invited Mr. Zhang Xiaodong, the founder and chairman of Mossack Fonseca & Co(Asia Pacific), and Mr. Li Hua, tax and business consulting manager of Deloitte Accounting Firm to speak on offshore structure and tax planning in international trade and investment respectively.
