On 9^th September, 2007, Lawyer Guo Li and Jiang Li of the Firm attended the lectures of “Italian legal environment of business: Italian and European civil and commercial law” held by Zhejiang Lawyers Association and the JM education Center of Zhejiang Gongshang University. The lectures were presented by renowned lawyers from Milan, Italy, and detailed introductions were given to the main legal procedures for business operation of Chinese enterprises in Europe, especially in Italy, including business registration, commercial instruments, products standard, IP rights protection, tax registration, and tax planning, etc.
