·Lawyer Chen represented the victim in a case of intentional injury. ·Li, the deputy director of Zhejiang Supervisory Bureau was accused of neglecting of duty. Thanks to lawyer Chen’s defense, the defendant was ultimately exempt from Criminal Punishment.

Through great efforts of lawyer Chen, Xu, the actual borrower (a minority shareholder of the company) was imposed criminal sentence for economic crime and based on this circumstance, the company has pulled away from the dispute and over RMB 20 million was recovered.
