¡¡¡¡After graduation from Zhejiang University, Attorney Shen joined Zhejiang Silk Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd., the largest import and export company in Zhejiang Province, in charge of the legal affairs of the whole company and its over 40 subsidiaries. After becoming a lawyer, Attorney Shen established the International Business Dept. in 2003 for his firm and acted as the head, supporting the clients in foreign-related and corporate legal affairs and representing the clients to handle various disputes.
¡¡¡¡As a specialized lawyer on WTO affairs, Attorney Shen was delegated by Zhejiang Province to Europe in April, 2007. During his five months stay in Europe, Attorney Shen studied in Hasselt University in the field of international law and tax and visited many government departments, transnational corporations, law firms of the EU, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, etc.
¡¡¡¡Attorney Shen is not only well experienced in providing service for foreign investment,international trade in China, but also in assisting domestic companies and individuals to invest overseas, and in advicing on property planning and managing.
