·         Represented a Wenzhou billionaire real estate developer in a lawsuit filed by more than forty Wenzhou millionaires regarding presales contract dispute and won favorable ruling. This case has been recorded in the book A Collection of Research and Analysis of the Most Influential Real Estate Cases in Mainland China.

·         Represented the defendant in the Gao Qiuhe fraud case which involved over 100 victims and more than 100 million RMB and won a favorable verdict.
